Everything pops, and with so much detail, you can spend quite a bit just exploring. With the way forward forged, return to the start of the level and, facing backwards to where you first started, look to the left side of the archway to spot some cables in the ground. Pull them to get a canister, which has a tiny net inside (like from Ape Escape!). First, progress through the level until you get to the controller cable tight-rope walk to the first Checkpoint, which you’ll do after crossing an island with strong winds. You don’t have to actually cross the tight-rope, but you do need to extend it since you can’t do that whilst carrying something.
It used custom hardware that supported streamlined rendering techniques for better performance, or increased resolutions via checkerboard rendering. Curiously, playback of Ultra-HD Blu-Rays would not appear until the PlayStation 5. Instead of using an infrared light bar, movement was tracked using the soft light ball on top via the PS Eye Camera, and rotation by the internal SIXAXIS.

Granted, it’s only a startup noise or something getting popped open. You can tell how much love Team Asobi put into this celebration of PlayStation. At the end of the short side-path to the Multi-Tap, you’ll spot a Bot with a flashlight stalked by a Bot in a straw hat. This references 2003’s Siren on PS3, developed by SCE Japan Studio. In 2016, Siren was ported to the PlayStation 4 with added Trophy support.
Dualsense Wireless Controller

The game’s accessible nature and forgiving difficulty contribute to its short completion time. There are no particularly challenging trophies that require extensive grinding or mastery of complex mechanics. The majority of trophies can be earned through natural progression and exploration. Remember that Astro’s Playroom is designed to be a fun and engaging experience.
Sony’s bundled platformer is mostly showing you everything the DualSense can do–and it’s pretty impressive. Transcending its role as an introduction to the PS5’s features, Astro’s Playroom is a quick and delightful celebration of PlayStation’s history. Astro’s Playroom asks you over and over to fondly remember the memories that you and Grandpa PlayStation made together. But, more importantly, it’s a promise of new and treasured memories to come. Sony leans into its PlayStation past in this frequently innovative, supremely charming old-school 3D platformer. Ico, The Last Guardian, Demon’s Souls, Patapon are all things of the past.

Puzzle Piece 2/4 – After the second red button where you then jump up the two metal sloped platforms, this puzzle piece is in the top left corner of the area before hitting the third red button. You’ll have to jump back to the left to it from the wooden platform on the right. You also find a monkey suit for climbing and a fun nod to Marble Madness that must have been suggested by, or intended as homage to, PlayStation 5 architect Mark Cerny who created the original game.

These trophies encourage players to thoroughly explore each level‚ making the journey to 100% completion both rewarding and engaging. Each of the four worlds are split up into four levels that are interconnected with each other.
